The registration desk is at the top of the stairs, in the Denis Murphy Gallery.

Programme

The full event programme can be found on our website: www.innolae.org/programme.
The event brochure including all talk abstracts will be provided as a download before the event.
There will also be a printed brochure handed out at the event which will include the talk summaries.

Presentation Duration

Keynote Presentations are 45 minutes duration, including time for questions.
Invited & Accepted presentations are 25 minutes duration, including time for questions.
Sponsor presentations will vary from 5 mins to 20 mins depending on level.

Speaker Prize

Members of our programme committee will be reviewing the presentations and we will awarde a prize for the highest-rated Accepted talk.

The speaker prize will be given along with the poster prize at 17:25 on Thursday 19 February 2026 at the end of the event.

Gala Dinner

The Gala Dinner will be held in The Hall which is a 5 minute walk from the conference venue.

You must purchase a ticket to attend the gala dinner. This can be done on the registration page: https://innolae.org/registration.

We will meet in the entrance of the Cripps Court Conference Centre at the end of the evening reception, at 19:10.

We will then direct people across the road, through the Wentworth House Gates, through the Fellowes Garden, along the Riverside Walk, to The Hall which is opposite the Pepys Building (map attached). If this route is not open we will walk along Chesterton Lane, then Magdalene Street and in through the Porter’s Lodge.

Once everyone has been seated the dinner service will start at 19:30.
At the end of the dinner we will be walking back across to Cripps Court Conference Centre.

If you have notified us of any dietary requirements there will be a name card for you at the entrance to the Hall, please pick this up on your way in.

There will be two parallel tracks of talks with one track in the Sir Humphrey Cripps Theatre and the other track in the East Room.

Sponsor Exhibitions, coffee breaks and lunches will be in the Denis Murphy Gallery.

Posters will be displayed in the Orangery.
