Access & Dietary

Please let us know if you have any access requirements so we can ensure the venue is prepared.


Also, if you have not informed us already, please let us know if you have any dietary requirements that we need to notify the venue of for the breaks, lunches and reception.


Sponsor Table Set-Up

You can set-up your table either the afternoon before the conference (13:00-17:00 on Tuesday 17th Feb) or on the morning of the conference (07:30 – 09:00, Wednesday 18th Feb).

*Please let us know when you are planning to set up so that we can notify the venue.

You may use the venue car park for equipment drop off only, you cannot stay in that car park. When you arrive at the car park gate you will need to phone the porter on 01223 332 100 and let them know you are an innoLAE sponsor dropping off equipment.

The registration desk is at the top of the stairs, in the Denis Murphy Gallery.

Register from 08:00 – 09:00


Sponsor Table Allocation

When you arrive, each table will have a label on it indicating which sponsor it is for. Please set up at your allocated table. The floor plan above shows the location of the sponsor tables.


Tables

Single table dimensions are 179 x 97 cm
White tablecloths will be provided by the venue, but you can use your own tablecloths
Power will be provided at the wall or via extension leads to all tables


Parking

There is no parking at the event venue, however there is a public carpark nearby.

Gala Dinner

The Gala Dinner will be held in The Hall which is a 5 minute walk from the conference venue.

You must have purchased a ticket to attend the gala dinner. This can be done on the registration page: https://innolae.org/registration

We will be meeting in the entrance of the Cripps Court Conference Centre at the end of the evening reception, at 19:10.here

We will then be directing people across the road, through the Wentworth House Gates, through the Fellowes Garden, along the Riverside Walk, to The Hall which is opposite the Pepys Building (map attached). If this route is not open we will walk along Chesterton Lane, then Magdalene Street and in through the Porter’s Lodge.

Once everyone has been seated the dinner service will start at 19:30.
At the end of the dinner we will be walking back across to Cripps Court Conference Centre.

If you have notified us of any dietary requirements there will be a name card for you at the entrance to the Hall, please pick this up on your way in.


General Terms

  • Company materials may not be left anywhere other than your designated sponsor table.

  • The combined width of any banners may not exceed more than 50cm wider than the sponsor table.

  • Bronze sponsorship packages can represent up to a maximum of 3x companies.

  • Silver sponsorship packages can represent up to a maximum of 4x companies.

  • Gold & Platinum sponsorship packages can represent up to a maximum of 5x companies.
