Abstract Guidelines
Please submit abstracts using the online submission page. A condition of submission is that, if accepted, the paper will be presented at the conference (as either an oral or poster presentation) by one of the authors.
All abstracts will be reviewed by the programme committee who will select papers within conference scope to create a balanced programme based on degree of innovation and commercial opportunity.
Abstract format
The abstract text should be written in English and the main text should be no longer than 500 words.
Up to 3 figures can be submitted with the abstract text
Process for submitting an abstract
Answer the questions in the abstract form. Mandatory questions are indicated by an asterisk.
The form requests:
Your contact details, and of the presenting author if not you
Abstract title
Abstract text (no more than 500 words)
Oral or poster presentation preference
Topic of the presentation along with any keywords
A short biography of the presenting author (no more than 150 words)
A portrait picture of the presenting author (minimum of 300 x 300 pixels)
The logo of your company or institution (minimum of 300 x 300 pixels)
If the file upload fails check the file format and size are correct. If there is still an issue please email the files to info@innolae.org
Check that your file uploads were successful and then complete your submission by clicking the “Submit” button, which will then display an acknowledgement message.
Acknowledgement of receipt
Successfully submitted abstracts will be acknowledged by email, if you do not receive an acknowledgement within 24 hours, please contact info@innolae.org
Withdrawing or amending your abstract
You can withdraw or amend your submission on the Morressier system. Alternatively, contact info@innolae.org if you wish to amend or withdraw your abstract.
Poster Submissions
If you are submitting your abstract before the call for papers deadline and would like to only be considered for a poster (not an oral presentation) please list ‘Poster’ as the first keyword of your submission.
