Conference Fees

Registrants for innoLAE 2025 will be able to participate in the live conference sessions, including plenary sessions and parallel speaker sessions, on the various conference topics. You will receive an electronic copy of the conference brochure and will be able to access the course presentation pdfs as provided by the speakers. Registration for innoLAE 2025 also gives you the opportunity to view the posters, sponsor exhibits and interact with other attendees during the breaks, with two lunches, morning and afternoon breaks and an evening reception included.

Short course fees

Registrants will receive a download version of the course notes to keep and will be able to ask questions throughout the course as well as network with other attendees during the breaks.

discounts

  • Registering more than one standard (industrial) conference attendee from the same company attracts the discount shown for the second and subsequent attendees

  • Registering for the conference and one short course attracts a £20 discount

  • Registering for the conference and two or more courses attracts a £40 discount

*Where multiple discounts are applicable, the largest two discounts will be applied.

Due to regulations regarding conference and course registrations, 20% UK VAT will be added to payments.

VISA INVITATIONS

If you require a visa to attend our event we can support you with a visa invitation letter. You will need to register for the event and pay your invoice before we can provide an invitation letter. If your visa application is unsuccessful we will refund your invoice, minus a processing fee of £40/€40.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations will receive a 50% refund if made more than two weeks prior to the start of the event (i.e. on or before 4 February 2025). After this time, no refunds can be made, but your registration may be transferred to another IMI Europe event at no charge. Name changes for a registration may be made at any time, free of charge, but please let us know before the event so we can update our records.

Image Release

IMI Europe reserves the right to use images taken during the conference/course, including those where delegates are visible, for promotional purposes. If you do not wish your image to be used in this way, please let us know via email at info@innolae.org.

PAYMENTS

Two payment options are available:

INVOICE AND BANK TRANSFER

We will email an invoice to you, payable within 14 days (or prior to the event if this is earlier) by bank transfer. Payment can be made in Euro (EUR), British Pounds Sterling (GBP) or US dollars (USD). If your company requires a purchase order number on the invoice please add the number in the registration form.

CREDIT CARD

We will send you an email invoice with a link to our card processor's website for immediate payment. We use PayPal as our card processor – you do not need a PayPal account to make a payment. Payment can be made in Euro (EUR), British Pounds Sterling (GBP) or US dollars (USD).
