There is no parking at the event venue, however there is a public carpark nearby.

Registration

The registration desk is outside the meeting rooms. At the top of the first set of stairs turn right and you should see an InnoLAE banner to direct you to the registration desk.

Please arrive at least 20 mins before your course is due to start so that we can make sure everything is set-up and working in the meeting room.

At the registration desk we will let you know which room your course will be held in.

Course Materials

Please send us your presentation in PowerPoint format by 12th February 2026 so we can prepare it for the course download page.

There is no lunch included on Monday 16th February 2026.

If you have registered for both a morning and afternoon course on Tuesday 17th February 2026 there will be a buffet lunch provided.

If you have registered for only one course on Tuesday 17th February 2026 there will not be a lunch included. However there are many options to get lunch nearby.
