Presentation Scoring
We will provide a scoring sheet for the Accepted Presentations (i.e. not the Keynote or Invited ones) which will be given to you at the registration desk. There is a sheet for each set of parallel sessions. Please return the sheets to either Amy or Tim as soon as you can after each session. For the final sessions please can you get your scores back to us as soon as possible at the end of the final talk so we can add up the final scores.
Please score all the presentations that you can based on the following criteria:
Content: The technical strength of the work presented, as well its importance scientifically and (potentially) commercially. Score from 1 to 5 with 5 being the best.
Presentation: How clearly and engagingly the work is presented. Score from 1 to 5 with 5 being the best.
Poster Scoring
We will provide a scoring sheet for the posters which will be given to you at the registration desk. During the designated poster session on Wednesday 18th at 17:40-19:10 please can you score the posters and return your score sheets to us as soon as possible so that we can collate them before the prize giving.
Please score the posters on the following criteria:
Content: The technical strength of the work presented, as well its importance scientifically and (potentially) commercially. Score from 1 to 5 with 5 being the best.
Presentation: How clearly and engagingly the work is presented (including the presentation of the poster itself and any conversation with the author). Score from 1 to 5 with 5 being the best.
Speaker & Poster Prize Ceremony
The speaker and poster prizes will be awarded at the prize giving ceremony at 17:25 in the Sir Humphrey Cripps Theatre on Thursday 19th February 2026 at the end of the event.
