Speaker Information
Presenters
A condition of submission is that, if accepted, the paper will be presented at the conference by one of the authors.
If your abstract is accepted, but you find you are unable to attend the conference please arrange for a co-author to attend the event to present your work and let us know as soon as possible.
Presentation
Please send us your presentation in PowerPoint format by 14th February 2026 so we can prepare it on the conference laptop. This makes the transitions between speakers easier and we will have tested our connection before the conference begins.
We would like to make a pdf of your presentation available for attendees to view online, if there is any content you would like to leave out of the pdf please send us a second version of your presentation that you are happy to share.
Presentation Duration
Please introduce yourself to your session chair at the beginning of the session. You can then watch other presentations, but please ensure you are back in the correct room at least 10 minutes before your talk is due to start.
Keynote presentation slots are 45 minutes. We recommend that you use 40 minutes for your presentation and leave 5 minutes for questions.
Invited & Accepted presentation slots are 25 minutes. We recommend that you use 20 minutes for your presentation and leave 5 minutes for questions.
You must keep to time as there are parallel sessions running with people moving between them, so presentations must start at the allocated times.
Speaker Prize
Members of our programme committee will be reviewing the accepted speaker presentations and we will be awarding a prize for the highest-rated accepted talk.
The speaker prize will be given along with the poster prize at 17:25 on Thursday 19th February 2026 at the end of the event, so please do stick around until the end if you can.
