Emerging technologies for displays
Displays are perhaps the most common form of large area electronics in our daily lives, with nearly a quarter of a billion m2 of display made annually. Today displays are predominantly made on glass using Silicon based approaches, but there are many emerging technologies using printed, flexible, plastic and organic approaches. This session will explore recent developments in large-area electronics likely to redefine where and how we use displays.
The session will take place on Tuesday January 21, 2020 at the innoLAE 2020 conference. It is being organised by the UK and Ireland chapter of the Society for Information Display (SID) Details of the programme will be announced shortly.
